Packey Webb Ford is proud to serve one of the greatest places in the US: Chicagoland! Chicagoland includes some of the best cities around, including Chicago, Naperville, Downers Grove, Joilet, Aurora, Elgin, and Kenosha. According to the Metropolitan Statistical Area, there are 14 counties included in Chicagoland; 8 in Illinois, 4 in Indiana, and 2 in Wisconsin.


One of the best parts about Chicagoland is that there is always something to do. There are literally hundreds of Chicagoland attractions for you and your loved ones to enjoy. And while we would love to name each and every attraction in Chicagoland, we'd rather just highlight some consumer favorites.

Wrigley Field - Over 100 years old, Wrigley Field is one of the most iconic fields in Major League Baseball History. Wrigley Field not only plays home to the Chicago Cubs, but was also used at one time as the Chicago Bears home field. In 2009, it also hosted the Second Annual National Hockey League Winter Classic   between the Chicago Blackhawks and Detroit Redwings. 

U.S. Cellular Field

U.S. Cellular FieldJust minutes from its cross town rivals, U.S. Cellular Field is home to the Chicago White Sox. Built in 1991, the stadium was the first new major sporting facility built in the city in over 60 years. Originally named Comiskey Park, it was changed to U.S. Cellular Field in 2003.


United Center

United Center - Love basketball? Love hockey? Then of course you have to stop by United Center to watch the Chicago bulls of the National Basketball Association or the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League. Opened in 1994, United Center has played home to arguably the greatest basketball player of all time: Michael Jordan. 

Soldier Field

Soldier Field - Home of the Chicago Bears, Soldier Field is located on the South Side of Chicago. Originally opening its "doors" in 1924, it is the oldest stadium in the National Football League. Soldier Field has been host to 4 NFC Championship games since 1985, and 10 other NFC playoff games in the same time frame. In 1994, the field was also used to host 5 FIFA World Cup Matches. 

Shedd Aquarium

Shedd Aquarium - Founded in 1924 by John G. Shedd, the Shedd Aquarium became the first inland aquarium with permanent saltwater exhibits as well as freshwater exhibits. The Shedd Aquarium is considered to be one of the most popular aquariums of all time, and is frequented by tourists from all over the globe on a regular basis.  

Navy Pier

Navy Pier - Since 1995, Navy Pier has been the place for tourists and residents of Chicagoland to come to enjoy rides, restaurants, exhibits, shopping, and boat tours. Some of the biggest attractions at Navy Pier include a 15 story tall Ferris wheel, IMAX theatre, and the Chicago Children's Museum.


Millennium Park

Millennium Park - Located in the heart of Chicago, Millennium Park offers a collection of architecture, landscape design, and art, all of which provides the backdrop for free cultural events such as concerts, exhibits, tours, and other family activities. This Chicagoland park is such a great place for families that it received the Rudy Bruner Award for Urban Excellence in 2009. 

Lincoln Park Zoo

Lincoln Park Zoo - If you love animals, then you definitely need to check out the Lincoln Park Zoo. Lions, sea lions, monkeys, leopards, jaguars, snakes, frogs, crocodiles; you name an animal you can find it at the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicagoland

Art Institute of Chicago

Art Institute of Chicago - Voted the #1 Museum in the United States in 2013 by tripadvisor, the Art Institute of Chicago is another great museum to visit during your time in Chicagoland. With some of the finest art you'll ever see, there's no reason not to come. Especially since General Admission is free to all Illinois residents every Thursday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. 

Museum of Science and Industry

Museum of Science and Industry - If you're looking for something to take your children to do that is fun and educational, then you'll want to take them to the Museum of Science and Industry. With interactive exhibits such as Farm Tech, All Aboard the Silver Streak, and Earth Revealed, this is one museum that your children will be begging you to take them back to!


Chicagoland is a great place to live and visit.
