Worst customer service I've had. Left a voicemail with a manager (Ryan) who never called back. Talked with Leah and another man in the service department who were beyond rude. Was debating trading my car in (filled out a form for an estimate) and will definitely be going elsewhere for servicing and trade in needs.

I was at Packy Webb for an oil change. I always drive the extra distance to have my car serviced there. They recommended I get spark plugs and a couple other things done. I was a little hesitant about getting them done but I have compared prices with other auto repair shops around where I live and it always comes out about the same whether a dealership or not. I had the repairs done and I couldn’t be more pleased. My car runs like it did when I bought it new. Mark is a very good mechanic and I can always count on him to make sure my car is running well. I feel like when I call Nick and schedule my appointment they will take good care of my car and they make sure I’m safe driving my car. That is important to me because my explorer has almost 200,000 miles on it.

I want to congratulate Packey Webb on delivering its best interest to the customer again. A year ago, my wife had the benefit of meeting Oscar (salesman) at the dealership in April 2025 and she was convinced that he was vested in giving us the attention we needed when it came to shopping and utilmately purchasing a vehicle. Our satisfication did not fall by the way side and we immediately reached out when another purchase was of interest. Again Oscar did not lack interest on our inquiry but this time it was for my son who as of yesterday became a first time car owner. With that said, I really appreciate how the entire experience was executed from begining to end. Therfore, it would behoove you to not reach out and give Packey Webb consideration for your next vehicle purchase!
