I had new tires put on my car when I came to pick it up. The price was different from the price that I was quoted. I didn't have the original quote in front of me. Ken got all Huffy about it. I don't know why all I did was call my wife and ask her to send it to me and then when it was time for me to show him, he didn't even want to see it.
The transmission technician diagnosed the problem exactly. And performed the rebuild perfectly. Ryan understood my problems and met all my needs.

I’ve had to bring my truck to Packey Webb a few times for service and every single time I am greeted immediately as I walk in the door. The process is explained throughly and all of my questions answered. I take my 2017 Ford Escape to my dealer, Packey Webb, to ensure my car is well taken care of. It’s an expensive piece of equipment and full of expensive and complex technology. My Escape is not my dad’s 1959 Ford Country Squire station wagon. I don’t hand it over to an unknown auto mechanic who may or may not know anything about my car. I came to the dealership 3 times for the same problem overheating they kept my car first for 2 days second time for 6 days third time for another 2 days when I said m gona talk to general manager .. i did go to see John Webb but he wasnt in his office .. now I am in second week problem hasn't come again but who knows.... Eric Mateo was an amazing salesman! Honest and genuine from the first moment, he was honest that he wanted our business , and he gave an honest offer upfront without adding any packages to the sale to inflate the price. He worked with us and was straightforward, and respectful. We ended up closing to buy from him purely based off off the way he did business, as the cars we were looking at from other dealerships were nearly identical, but Eric made the sale because he’s a genuine good salesman.
