Overall, buying my used car at Packey Webb was a positive experience. My salesman, Eric did an excellent job answering all my questions and taking care of my concerns. Once I picked up the car, I was disappointed that the interior was not that clean. I had to get some cleaning wipes for the gas and brake pedals, which were very dirty.

I went to Packey Webb Ford to purchase a use Car for my mom and had the best experience! I was skeptical initially to purchase a used vehicle from a dealership and usually prefer private sales, however, I was not having much success this time around.

2 1/2 hours for oil change with an appointment and did not honor “The Works” coupon from another Ford dealership. They suggested coming at 7 AM to avoid the delay on your oil change.

Have been a life long packey client. Had poor experience a few years ago and only came back because it's the closest dealer and had a recall to check on. While there for that, I was told they would fix an oil leak for a few hundred dollars. They didn't and then told me it would be much more expensive to actually do it. Ernie Mateo was my main point of contact and he was lovely- extremely patient and gave me plenty of space while I was considering an unplanned vehicle purchase.

Missed obvious issues when replacing catalytic convertor. The panels underneath car were loose and needed some screws replaced or may have been removed and never reinstalled properly. In either case the plastic guard under truck fell off while driving to Green Bay.

When I made the appointment I was told that the parts were in for the recall on the rear camera for the 2016 Ford fusion. When I got to the dealership, I was told the parts were not in they had no idea when they would be in, and it would be $200 to run a diagnostic on my car. My new 2026 expedition went in because the car leaks water from the driver side handle bar. After having to repeatedly call to get a hold of someone to check the status of my car, I was told there was no issue with my car and it had been sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. Very friendly staff, with prompt and efficient service. Had a service van if you needed a drop off stop in several times to check in for clients that required its service. Also the chairs are quite comfortable and plenty with bottles of water available if you are thirsty
Service department is definitely A+ and would highly recommend it . Went in for a check light on a 802a Raptor and was in and out with the problem fixed for less than 1hr,truck was washed as well. The service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything.
