I come in to Packey Webb to buy some wiper blades for 3 vehicles. 5bout of 6 blades went on with no trouble. I came back to the dealership and Juan helped me. He is a genius. He told me that they changed the design of the blade and what to do to make it work. I did what he said and the blade was on in 5 seconds. He did an outstanding job for me. He works in the parts department. I would give him a raise he was wonderful to me.

Took my truck in for what I thought was a transmission or rear end issue and the technician almost immediately identified the problem and switched a switch that had been inadvertently reset. As usual Packey Webb exceeded my expectations and provided great quick service without charging me excessive dollars for my ignorance.
Everything was great and I was in and out pretty fast. The one thing I would have liked if they would have given me mats for my car that were from bronco, instead of the two small ones they gave. I feel for spending the amount I did I should have been compensated for that.

I drive 250 miles to have my car serviced at Packy Webb Ford. They always put the exact amount of oil in my car and check my car over and notify me if my car needs anything repaired or replaced. If I have any questions about a noise I hear when driving my car I always know they will know what the issue is and they can repair it perfectly! They are friendly and knowledgeable! Well worth the drive!!

My appointment was with Service. I'm rather disappointed that another auto service provider determined that the transmission output speed sensor was one of the problems, but Packey Webb did not reach that diagnosis.
